My experience with Legacy Builders was horrible. They actually left the job a third of the way in to the contract. As if breaching the contract and leaving me high and dry in May wasn't bad enough, the foundation completed for a back addition leaks. I have contacted them to fix the foundation or pay for me to fix it and they have denied accountability. I have spoken with other clients of theirs since and have heard similar horror stories. I only wish I knew before he was hired and paid. My situation is awful, but it would be even worse if it happens to somebody else in the future.
