    Bad review for Rochas Construction Very irresponsable
    -He never finish my project he step out not finishing the agreement he saying that he all ready finished. Saul told me I’m not want to do nothing else.Saul it’s very rude person. Not only to me to he’s employees too I was present few times when hi was very rude saul was not fishing my project
    -Missing furniture that was already on the contract and missing a lot details.
    -Saul Rocha Violating the contract he told me the only way not finished on time only if is inspection problem or whether problem non does issues,
    -im very disappointed saul rocha tread me very unfair because i am divorced person Saul can not treat me like that only because I’m women.

    Working with Cox investments was next to perfect! They were professional, clean, extremely knowledgeable, and polite. We were able to ask any question that was raised without feeling like we were supposed to already know the answer. That alone was well worth any amount of trouble we went through before finding Cox. They made us feel as if all questions were important and that we had the right to know the answer. I would definitely recommend Cox investments.

He answered every one of my phone calls and kept me advised each step of the way. The roof looks fantastic and I am very pleased. His rates were competitive with others in my area. However, with the thoroughness of his work and excellent communication skills, I would’ve paid even more!

    Mark worked on our landscaping project. Results were average at best in terms of quality, especially concrete and stone work that were poorly done. His prices were astronomical in comparison to others. We had to let him go in the middle of the project and find someone else to finish it. Two thumbs down... :(

    Shingle roof tear-off

    This company acted as a tear-off subcontractor for Excalibur Roofing Services. Crew was friendly, but their quality of work left a lot to be desired. To start, old, dirty and insufficient tarp covering the ground around the roof perimeter. Then after they removed the shingles and underlayment, there were a lot of old nails sticking out of the roof deck, pieces of tar paper still stuck to the deck, a cracked fascia board (which they quickly blamed the old wood) and a broken vent pipe. And their price isn't exactly cheap either.
