  Repair garbage disposal

  We had worked with Legacy Plumbing when we first moved to Fargo four years ago. When our garbage disposal "died" yesterday, we called Legacy and Tyler was promptly sent out to revive it. Professional and very Pleasant, Tyler quickly went to work at the messy job of clearing pipes and working on the disposal unit. To his credit, Tyler never pressured us to purchase a new disposal. By the time he left, the disposal was working perfectly and Tyler had also checked our water heater, answering some questions we had about its operation. Thanks, Tyler and Legacy for your prompt and professional service! You Deserve your Excellent rating!

  Leaky kitchen sink drain

  $1,400

  I was in need of quick service on a leaky kitchen sink. Called them at 7:45am and were here by 8:15am. What looked like a half a day job turned into a full days job with all the things that popped up during the process. Gordon did a great job of communicating everything that popped up and did a stellar job fixing the problem. Will be calling again!

  Replace uotside faucet

  This started out well and ended badly :(
  I hired this company to replace an exterior faucet on my home. They came right on time and did a great job fixing the faucet. HOWEVER, when the tech was finishing up he said he had bad news, he said the Main Meter Valve was leaking and needed to be replaced, he said it was normally a $450-$500 job but he would do it for less. Right away a red flag went off in my mind since just a week or so earlier I had a different plumbing company over for a repair, they also had to turn off the Main Meter Valve and turn it back on again when they finished, they had absolutely no problem with it and it definitely was in good working order.= when they finished. So I did sort of hesitate with having it replaced by Legacy but I really had no choice since it was definitely leaking at this point. He must have turned it to hard or used to much force causing it to break which is DEFINETLY NOT MY FAULT, he should have replaced it at N/C since he broke it.

  When he was done I paid him and he left (I paid for the faucet repair plus an additional $250 to replace the valve he broke). The next morning I emailed my concerns to the owners and Brad called me back. He was very rude and condescending and in my opinion unprofessional, he said to me "do you want us to come and put the old one back on"? I should have said yes and then make sure it doesn't leak since it didn't prior to you coming to my house. While the valve they replaced was older, it was in working order prior to their visit so they should have taken full responsibility for the damage they caused. They should refund me the $250.

  So to all single women out there, be careful on hiring this company since they will most likely try to take advantage of you the way they did to me.
