Beware of Enrique Juardo. Do not allow him to insinuate himself on your insurance claim. He may seem like a nice helpful person but I can assure you he is only about the money. He will quote you one price but because he has the insurance adjuster send your information to him he will then deny the quote he made and tell you he is "entitled to the insurance money". He will also order extra shingles in your order saying he "wants to make sure there is plenty to cover your roof" however 10 -12 bundles seem a bit much. He will have them delivered to your property and then have them loaded into one of his trucks. I have had other contractors order extra materials for a job but they are professional and leave the extras for you in case of emergencies; not Eduardo. While the roof looks nice, 2 weeks later I am still cleaning up the debris and a lot of nails the crew did not clean up. The 2 1/2 hour lunch the crew took left a lot to be desired and why they didn't get the property cleaned up. I told them on several occasions a monsoon rain was coming and I was either ignored or laughed at, yet Eduardo used this as an excuse as to why the property had not gotten thoroughly cleaned up. Eduardo installs Corning shingles which is a good company with a good warranty, however in the case of Eduardo himself it's Buyer Beware!

Enrique at Legacy Roofing and his whole crew were very professional, fair priced and efficient. The roof was completed in one day and they cleaned everything up in the yard. The roof looks great and we would highly recommend this company.
