This company hires lazy workers to complete a roof job. The communication is the worst with this company. They are not professional. When they say your roof will be done in 1-2 days like most companies would have, this company took over a week and I'm still dealing with the aggravation of this company.

They have a dumpster outside my house in my driveway for a week and still counting. They have all their expensive materials in my driveway with boxes of opened nails and other stuff. This is terrible and they don't show much concern or attempt for compensation. Hopefully I can get my property and driveway back soon. I want this company out of my mind and forget thos aggravation.

I dreaded even starting looking into replacing the roof because I figured it'd be some very long and difficult process, but Legacy completely proved me wrong. All was done fast and professional.

Some idiots broke two windows in my house, and I immediately called Legacy to make a replacement. They sent their team out just an hour after I called, and by evening the work was already finished.

The installation was good, but they did forget to clean up a few areas.

I was skeptical about all this 5-star reviews but after I hired them I can honestly say that they did everything really quick and it all just looks so great.

Excellent company to work with. We hired Legacy to replace our roof after. I called several roofing companies to provide estimates. Legacy was never pushy and never tried to bully me into signing a contract. The sales rep was great and was continuously communicating with me via text or phone calls. He would always answer my texts within 12 hr or less. (Day, night, or weekends).
The install crew were very courteous and professional. They worked all day in 100 degree heat without stopping to ensure the roof was completed within a single day.

Legacy did our siding. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the work immediately. Two things very important for a contractor!! Their staff was courteous and nice and had good communication skills. The project foreman followed up with me daily to report on worn status. The deposit they request was fair and total amount wasnt asked for until work completed.

Very professional.  Very reasonable.  My roof was damaged by the large tree in front of my house. Legacy Service came and replaced the roof.  They were excellent.  On May 1, the tree branch fell on the roof.  I called the insurance company and some other company came and did terrible job.  The tree is gone now but my respect and praise goes to Legacy who came yesterday and repaired the mess the other company made. Like any home owner the biggest issue for finding a good roofer is trust, and this roofing company has earned mine over the years. The whole team has always been great to work with. I haven't had any issues through the number of roofs I've had done, and the first few are running on about 6 years old! No issues. Use these guys.

Legacy redid our roof and gutters. They were great to work with, came when they said they would, and were nice, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing is fair, and middle of the road compared to the estimates we got & for competent roofers who come when they say they do and clean up after themselves, I'd gladly choose them over the cheapest quote. I doubt I will need to call them for roofing problems for a great many years, but if I did - they would be the first I'd call.

Every step through the process Legacys team have been amazing. My husband and I had our roof ruined and obtained 6 or 7 quotes before we found Legacy. The other companies were late, wouldn't climb on the roof, or gave us very unclear and expensive quotes. We're so glad we kept looking.

The work was completed according to schedule, in a timely manner and according to factory installation specifications. There were no delays in between contractors (eg. siding installers to painters). When I checked the job there were some small issues; this great team immediately responded and personally came out to see the corrections were made. Even several weeks after payment was made in full, I noticed some areas in the gutters needed to be sealed; they immediately responded and was back out within the week to take care of this concern. Overall, the work was very well done. These guys know their stuff! When you are doing a job on such a large scale I can understand that small things can occasionally be missed. However, there was no issue getting any concerns corrected in a timely, effective and professional manner.

After a thorough review of several manufacturers we chose the superior fibreglass units made by Legacy; excellent pricing, strong well-made windows, and after installation they look great and compliment the style and the wood in the house; we are thoroughly satisfied. The units we chose are oak faced with muntin bars and after a light stain and good varnish, they look even better! The units are obviously strong, well sealed and are very leak tight against strong winds. The installers were a bit sloppy with the trim colour choice and in some places we had to carefully sand and fill small areas of mis-fitting trim and nail holes. We recommend professional painters to do the staining and finish varnishing.. well worth it. Overall we would go again with Legacy.

I deal with a lot of contractors and I can highly recommend Legacy. I had several other roofers look at this particular issue and all were less than desirable to deal with. Having tried everything I could to save the outside of the house, it was time to have someone who knows what they're doing step in. I needed the whole outside replaced - roof, siding, gutters. I got a couple of quotes and was still undecided. Then I talked to Legacy and it cleared up a lot. Pricing was out there to start so I knew what I the options were, and they were helpful answering questions about materials and the process.

The project went off without a hitch. Well, there was a slight weather delay but that can't be helped. The quality of work is excellent and the crews worked hard and were friendly.
