We have had a horrible experience with Legend Homes. We have lived in our home for eleven months and we still have roof leaks. Whole sections of the roof need to be replaced. We have had structural problems and all of the seconf floor hallway had to be rebuilt after we had it inspected, Still have setlement issues. We still have cupped floors, wall cracks, unfinished tiles. Our heat and air are not properly done and never can we get comfortable thoughout the house. Encapsulated crawl space has a 6 mil vapor barrier that has ho;es in it and is a bare minimum thickness. Excess humidity in crawl space. I could go on and on. Doug Herman simply doesn't care about quality We have spent thousand on engineers to have issues identified but never corrected by Legend Homes.
