Legend Pool Builders was a referral to us. He was responsive and professional while we were bidding the job. On May 16th we made our selections and he said it would be a 6 week job from that date. The pool was usable 10 weeks later after numerous times following up with the owner, Scott. Quality of work is not as promised. The new pebble is streaked and here in at the end of November we still don't have the contracted pool light. There are nurmerous other small flaws that wouldn't be concerning if it wasn't for the complete lack of customer service or care about poor workmanship. Scott has both admitted verbally and written that he has dropped the ball and the quality is not what was promised. Then he says he will get a contractor out to fix it and nothing happens. We simply want what we paid for and what was promised-nothing more. Scott does not answer his phone, over promises and under delivers. We were a referral so if we had this bad of an experience with Legend Pool Builders I can't imagine what others will be faced with.
