We are 10 months after moving in and there is no response from Josh or Blake as far as the warranty work in our brand new home (which they took a whole year to build). We had a leak 5 days after move in, Josh himself came to fix it, the holes are still there 10 months later. They should be ashamed of themselves, we have done nothing wrong, paid every single dollar on time and just got no response after move in. If you are thinking of doing any kind of business with them, save you time, money and heartache.

I recently bought a home built by Legend. On the surface they do trendy and cute finishes. When you really dig into the bones and quality of the work, that's were you wish you hadn't bought from them. They cut corners any where they can. They give you a "builders warranty' but no matter how hard you try, once they have your money they never come to help. I've had issues with plumbing, electrical, and now kitchen countertops. They are a joke and I am more then frustrated with the way they do business. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT build with them.

In less than a year I had over 50 emails, text messages, phone calls, and visits to the offices of Josh and Blake. We not only have issues with the kitchen countertops which are not courts as listed in the MLS but rather a cheap product called Pedrafina, also installed carpeting which doesn’t even qualify as seconds and crumbled under testing by the manufacturer And wooden flooring improperly installed. My last communication from Blake and Josh advise me to quit harassing them. Now you decide whether a relationship with legend homes would be a good idea.
