Leggett Enterprises did work to my home I’ll start with the back patio cover, it’s crooked some of the boards aren’t securely screwed in flush, he mounted the 4X4(s) on my patio when I specifically showed him where to place them in the ground. A couple of the post are crooked he put clear poly panels on there the first time, defeating the purpose of having a patio cover. The right side is loose possibly a safety hazard and I text him I wants it built 10x12 and paid for that twice and I still have a 7ft and shorter patio cover even though I paid for 10ft panels he cut them for some reason. The whole patio cover is crooked from one end to the other much less he never removed the post off my patio and put them where I showed him.
He was suppose to replace some broken boards on my fence with boards that matched and he put fence picket boards in between the gothic design boards the fence was made of, I had explicitly told him if he could not match the gothic style boards then I have enough cedar fence boards to recover the entire fence. Milton and his wife were suppose to seal the cracks in between my foundation and patios front and back and they are already coming unsealed and he said he was coming back to fix all this through text messages I have and he has so far been a no show. Milton was suppose to put a railing up for my pool steps I specifically told him to remove the lattice and put pickets what did he do he put half 2x4s and half lattice, the railing is not secure and Milton knew I was building it for safety of my family coming to use the pool but he lacked tightening boards, looks to have used 2nd grade wood (I paid for first grade) and it’s just a mess. Now I’m having to hire another contractor to fix his shoddy work. I’m also filing a claim against his company with the attorney general and consumer affairs. Find someone else don’t hire him I could say more about the shoddy work but it’s too much.
