I’m writing this to warn anyone considering LVR Lehigh Valley Renovations for their flooring needs. My experience with them has been an absolute disaster. I hired them to furnish and install LVT flooring for the second floor of my daughter’s house, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare.
From the outset, their business practices were shady. They provided a quote and required full payment in advance, which we paid without hesitation. Once the payment was made, things took a turn for the worse. They started bombarding us with numerous change orders, each one adding more to the cost. It became evident that these were just tactics to squeeze more money out of us.
When we refused to accept their unreasonable demands, they delivered the flooring materials and then disappeared. They never showed up to install the floor, leaving us high and dry. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and get them to complete the job, they were unresponsive and did not honor their commitment.
In the end, we had no choice but to hire another contractor to complete the installation. This added additional costs and a lot of unnecessary stress.
Do yourself a favor and avoid LVR Lehigh Valley Renovations at all costs. They are unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and find a contractor who will actually follow through on their promises.
