Lehmann was recommended to me by many many people when I first put out the word that a big piece of our house needed repair and updating -- I learned Chris Lehmann has a strong reputation for fair pricing and quality work. Lehmann and his team gave us ample notice, did a terrific job, and paid particular attention to scope and budget, which as most people know, are the things that can double the cost of work if you're not careful. We're happy with the performance of the work, the price, and the intelligent review of our problems and logical solutions. We'll be contracting with Lehmann Constuction for an even bigger project next year.
