I was told by the Sales Manager that my pool would be installed in two to three weeks. That was in May. It's end of July. They called and said t would be delivered tomorrow so stay home between 8 AM and 8 PM. Stupid me stayed home! Didn't happen. But the next day they were at my house while I was taking my brother to the Cancer dr. They never called, but insisted that I refused delivery. The week of Elsa, the day before, they were "picking up my pool in Tampa and bringing it over in the morning". Again, NO Calls. NO Show. Then it was Friday of that week. Driver called to complain that he has a life besides pool installs and he's not coming for a few weeks. They have one delivery guy who delivers from state to state from NC to FL and he was leaving the state. Now they're trying to get me for 6,000.00 when they have done nothing. No one can be happy with their service and the timeline they give is completely false. Remember, relatives can give one good review. This is the worse company in my 73 years that I have ever dealt with. BY FAR. They all tell you a different story. Always someone else's fault. Like the Tampa Warehouse. They were closed. Really and You did not know this with a hurricane coming?? But from Meg in Customer Service to the Delivery guy, they swore it was coming. My review would be 10 below Zero if it was offered. Oh, and they send sand, and the guy doesn't know where he's supposed to put it, and he's asking us, so I say, "We bought a pool. We don't install it. Call the Co. and ask them where to drop it." And their complaint is "You can't be yelling at these guys." WHAT?? If anyone out there needs a witness to how bad this company is, just let me know. I'll swear to what they did to me. Oh yeah, and you can't have anybody's phone #. Not the delivery people, not the installers, and then they don't answer your calls. They put you on "block call". I put down $4400.00 on my pool, and they want more. I'd rather pay my lawyer. There is also a "Quality Alert" on something called "Build Zoom". Good companies have lots of good reviews . Look This one has One good for how many years?? They told me 40 years. I have no reason to rate this company so low. Except they've earned it. I agree totally with Megan - " Shyster". Remember one team from NC to FL. That's what they tell you after they have your hefty down payment. Don't be me. Learn from me and others that you are going to be stifling all summer if you are counting on them to get your pool set up. And you will be paying top dollar. OH Hubby is going to submit what he thinks. which is " That salesman said we could cancel it as long as it hadn't been delivered. We both heard him say that. He wrote on the contract I had until July 2, and the salesman said "Well that was just an honest mistake" Really? No it wasn't . After he said that we could return it as long as it hadn't been delivered, he said "I'll even put this in". July 2nd. Just can't wait to hear all the wonderful words of denial they will spew after this review. Never wrote a lot of reviews, except good ones. But I had to write this one to serve as a warning so others don't get shafted like I did. I'm 73 and I'm terminal. Thanks for the memories to all those I dealt with at this pool company.

Look up shyster in the dictionary I'm pretty sure there's a picture of your salesman Barry. We were told install would be the end of May before Memorial Day. Our pool didn't get installed until late mid July. Or yard looks like a mud pit. Our patio destroyed, broken tiles, broken bricks, and covered in mud. Debris left in our yard, tree trunks left in our yard, our Fence broken. Our pool liner is sagging, we were told they would come out Wednesday August 8th to fix it and here it is the end of August and it's still not fixed. What I recommend this company- not in a million years. Horrible, horrible ,horrible customer service. The owner told us he would come to look at what damage was done to our property and never showed up, never called and could careless. We got the run around on everything from installation to fixing our property damage to just about everything. Our driveway was covered in mud the road was covered in mud to the point neighbors were complaining and talking about calling the county on us for leisure kings pool damages. Let me repeat horrible horrible company horrible horrible customer service if you're looking for a kayak poll definitely do not go with this company. We were told in the beginning we would need 3 dumpsters, then when they got here we were told they needed 6. They tried to talk us out of getting a deep end because it would be less work for them. When asked what to do about our broken fense their response was "you know it was old and rusty", It may have been old but it still was intact .and functional. Till leisure king ripped it up. I am so dissatisfied with the service they provide it, are pool liner is still sagging, my decking is loose in some spots cama and my steps are not where I wanted them. Oh and we also had to get her own installation because they forgot to get some for our pool, we also got Gray decking which they said was a custom order, but then sent one of their workers to pick up extra decking from our property for another job.
