    Build new single family home
    $600,000

    Very nice and friendly to work with at first, but quickly becomes slow and unresponsive. He actively avoids responding to your phone and email. If you decide to go with Lemaster, be sure to get everything in writing including a time table and exit options. Do not pay in advance or he will avoid working on your project. Plan to do much of the work with sub-contractors by yourself, as many of them also say that Lemaster is unresponsive to them and abandoning jobs.

    One of the best guys ive ever met and an amazingly talented individual. The 1 star review is completely incorrect and the person who made that review obviously has a personal vendetta against him based on promises that they in fact, didnt hold up there end of the agreement with. Dont let that review full you, as detailed as it attempts to be, it is not accurate what so ever. If you are thinking about using Mr. Lemaster and his crew for a build or renovation/remodel, I suggest you meet Mr. Lemaster and see how good of a person he really, how well structured his plans and engineering is, how much hes willing to do for you at about the best price you're gonna get(100%) and how well of a job is done.

    J L I am G D I do live on Lemaster Drive and I did have my house built by Lemaster Homes. I have looked up Bill Lemasters court records and none of which have anything to do with Lemaster Homes Construction.. The road that you talk about well (you find me a maintenance free road and I'll make us all rich.) I have never met a Builder or developer that will up keep a road for lifetime without a road maintenance agreement that we dont have bc like I said I live there.

    Build a home and a road

    Do I know Lemaster Homes and Bill Lemaster, yes.
    Bought a home from him based on promises. My fault.
    Before you think about signing with him, look deep into his behavior and business dealings. Look into how many court cases he is involved with in Prince William County and surrounding counties.
    Drive down Lemaster drive in Nokesville, all the way to the turn around. He built this road and is supposed to maintain the road, he signed an agreement to do so. He makes up his own rules and pays fines instead of getting permits before he starts work.
    I wish I knew how to make his terrible practices more publicly known.
    If you have business dealings with him after seeing this, simply, your fault.
    Am I just bashing this person? No. Do some research and make up your own mind. Go to the PWC Judicial website and look him up. Drive down Lemaster Drive.
    One more thing, where is his business office? He lost the restaurant and the office space.
    There is a stellar review of Bill Lemaster on Yelp. Of course there is, Bill Lemaster starts as your friend but ends anything but that.
    Be warned - Look him up. Ask for references. Talk to people who bought from him. Talk to people who live on Lemaster Drive. Be careful as you drive down the road.
