Most pitiful concrete job I have ever seen! Chunked, uneven broom strokes, roughest finish or not finished concrete, had to be patched within 1-3 days! Im no contractor , and I'm no expert, but I know a messed up job when I see it ! He just wouldn't admit it is the worst thing of all.
