After several attempts to reach Lentz Electrical, they finally responded to our problems with their electrical work only after we had a reputable electrical service come out and replace all his work because it was deemed a dangerous situation after 2 contractors were zapped. It was multiple grounds missing. Lentz admitted that they should have come out when we called back in March and he promised a full refund. Waiting for the check so we’ll see. The problem was fixed but not by Lentz Electrical Service.
