Called Joe Smith’s heating and Cooling because our AC died and we are heading to 100 degree weather this weekend. I am panicked, he originally scheduled for the next day in the late afternoon but about an hour later he called back and said he would be near by and had a little time to look at it today! He was more than prompt and quickly diagnosed and repaired our AC. I highly recommend Joe Smith’s.

I was referred this company from another A/C company that did not cover my area. Somehow the cell number went to a technician named Andrew who said he would come out and service my minisplits for $200 per hour and insisted on cash only under the table. Spoke to him on a few phone calls about his services and he got irritated and told me he didn't want to come out to my address anymore because it wasn't worth his time. Going this route wouldn't have covered me if there were any issues after the installation. Would not recommend this company.
