Had Leon Landscaping do some yard maintenance because we didn't have time to keep up this year. They pruned several trees/shrubs, weeding and general yard maintenance. Owner friendly and knows his plants and trees; and employees worked fast. A few things were missed the first time around but they had no problem coming back quickly to finish the areas that were missed. The only thing I would suggest is if they are running late give us a quick call to let us know so we are not wondering where they are :)

By Amir S.May 9, 2020Tree Trimming$500
I was skeptical to hire them for a tree trimming job after seeing 3 negative reviews here in 2019. But we talked to our neighbor who worked with them for years, and they were very happy with Leon. Our experience with them was excellent. We set up an appointment with them within a week. They showed up on time, and their fees were much better than the other places we reached out to. Highly recommend them.

By Lou M.July 27, 2019Trim an overgrown tree$550
My neighbor and I hired Leon Landscaping to trim a tree that crossed our two properties. The tree was over-grown and had become caught up in the overhead wires. He quoted us a fair price and was able to come to do the job within a few days of meeting him. They were friendly, thorough, and professional in their work and were meticulous in cleaning up afterwards.

I have been using this service for over a year, and the crew became more and more complacent about doing a good job. Today I was actually home to witness their lack of attention to doing a good job. After calling the owner multiple times and leaving a voicemail, he finally answered his phone. I told him that I was dissatisfied with his service and wanted to discontinue using him and he didn't seem to care at all.

I would give a zero if I could. Came out and said he would be here to thatch our yard. Never showed up or responded. Do not call this landscaper!! Totally unreliable

By Carleen B.May 2, 2019thatching the yard
I had scheduled to have my yard thatched and confirmed the appointment the day before. THIS OWNER WAS A NO CALL NO SHOW AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL. Was a major inconvenience to me and I would suggest you avoid doing ANY business with him

Leon came by to give a bid on doing monthly yard maintenance and as well as a major clean-up of our yard. He gave us a price and was to come out on said day, which turned out to be raining. We called to cancel and he said he wasn't planning on coming due to the weather and since, he's not returned any of our correspondence. The weirdest part, is he put a flier on our door which is why how we heard about him. Why bother doing leaving fliers if you have no intention of following through when someone tries to hire you? After looking at the other reviews, I think we dodged a bullet and we're glad he is not our payroll!
