We needed our house painted two years ago and after receiving 5 different bids, decided to go with Jonathan. We have an old house (almost 100 years) and were worried about the paint peeling off again. Jonathan reassured us that he had painted several houses like ours and there was never a problem.
Along the way there were minor hiccups, but Jonathan always seemed to fix them. Then they painters got behind, and since we were not in a huge hurry, we were okay with that. The day the painters showed up it was raining. I contacted Jonathan as I was worried about painting in the rain. We have an old house and the paint before had all peeled off. Jonathan said it would be fine. Six months in all of the paint was bubbling and looked horrible on the house. We contacted Jonathan, he came out looked, and took pictures, and said that the job would be remedied. I haven't heard a word from him since. I have reached out a couple of times, but nothing. We spent a lot of money getting our house painted only to find out that it will have to be done again. I am very disappointed. Jonathan comes across as very caring and concerned, but there is absolutely no follow through. What a complete disappointment. -

From the start of the deal to the last piece of trim, Jonathan and his team did an exceptional job painting both the exterior and interior of our home in Lynnwood. Every time I called about something, Jonathan was fast to answer as well as polite and very helpful. We were in a rush to paint due to it listing weeks away and he was more than accommodating but never skimped on quality. Our house looks brand new! Very clean and professional work and I would surely use them in the future for my painting needs at my new home. I highly recommend them!
Thanks again, Jon! It was a pleasure.

Save yourself a major headache and do not hire him! This was a nightmare. They didn't bother to start the project until after the "guaranteed" finish date. They put the wrong color on, wouldn't remedy the mistake. They did a fast and sloppy job when they finally did bother to show up. Terrible customer service. Just don't bother with this terrible company.

Jonathan Leon is an excellent painter whose work really stands out! He brings the same meticulous and focus approach to exterior painting that one often finds and expects from an interior painter. And not only is his work outstanding but he is also a very good resource for color selection. I am so pleased with the work he and his team did for me. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction convinced me early on that I had made a good choice in choosing him instead of the others. I know I was lucky to have found him.

We hired Leon Painting to paint our house in Bothell. At least ten times, they said that they were going to paint and they never showed up. The did a very, very poor job in prep, sanding, and primering. In fact, the painter used our primer that we had in the garage. They used the wrong color paint for the trim. After painting the house, the prep job was so horrible that I flaked paint of with my fingernail. When we asked for a refund, we were completely ignored. We have had to hire another company to fix what Leon Painted did. Do not hire this company

We had a great experience after looking around for painters, such a long and daunting process. Once Jonathan came to look over our project he pointed out some key things we missed, they would have been detrimental if we missed them.
Other painters wanted to paint directly over our oil paint with latex but Jonathan pointed out that this could lead to peeling and chipping within 2 years. It was completely true when we looked into it! Thanks again for your help Jonathan and we look forward to working with you this year on our rental properties!
