    Deck Resurfacing

    Leon Pro Services LLC, which I believe is now Leon Contracting, was sub-contracted by Deck Soldier and they did a fantastic job of replacing my old town home deck with the Trex system and they did that all in one day. Thanks to Oto and his crew. I highly recommend these guys.

    The one thing I believe is necessary for any two parties in an agreement is good communication and Leon Pro Services were spot on. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the whole process. Out of the three companies that bided for the job, they were the most impressive, along with the best estimate. And the finished product was exactly what they promised and what we expected.

    Guri and crew did a great job on my project! Guri communicates well, and was flexible to work within my schedule. And bondo did a great job with tile layout, even with limited english skills.     Leon was great. He was a great listener, communicator and had great suggestions. He didnt feel like a salesman. He also didnt get frustrated with my indecisiveness and asking for multiple prices on various designs. My patio was completed in only 3 days. Very quick and precise! I couldn't be happier!

    Considered for Deck Repair

    The house is worth $28,000. The quote was by far rediculous at $25,000 because they don’t specialize in concrete and will have to purchase new tools is what we where told. When I asked about this disparity with every other quote, the company stopped responding.

    Leon has always come through for me. I called him with a simple problem (I thought). 2 1/2 hours later he had it corrected. It wasn't so simple. With humor and perseverance the problem was solved. Leon knows what he is doing. He has helped us on several occasions in the past and is professional and knowledgeable on what he does.

    This company was AMAZING. I found Leon and his company on Home advisor while searching for someone to do some stabilizing on my deck and fix some damaged drywall. I called him and he came out the next day and provided me with a quote. The following day the work was completed to perfection. He and his staff were very punctual and done I. A timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

    This company is great. I loved them I had Tim come out and give me a quote he was fantastic. I had them re-do my deck I had all the floor boards and railing and railing posting replaced. I had them power wash my house and stain the deck. It looks phenomenal. it's like a brand new deck. The company and the staff were great. definitely will be calling them back to have maintenance done

    Art the project manager is honest in his estimate, even though he may leave out details. I chose Leon Pro services because Art is honest and affordable. His crew, Nikolai Yakumenchiko, the chief tech, embodies both craftsmanship and professionalism, performs beyond expectation, is conscientious and dedicated to his work. His assistant Stephan is helpful and pleasant, a good interpreter for Nikolai. They must be allowed to work at their own pace. No rush, clock ticking, in and out. In Europe, payment is made when the job is done. Usually, it means a well done job, the end product is the reward. I share the same value. Well done job. I highly recommend Nikolai as chief tech, and Art as the estimator, project manager.
