After installing faulty highhat lights in my mothers basement, Leonardo Castello offered to replace them after being paid in full. He came to replace the lights but left 6 of them hanging out of the ceiling because he didn't have enough to finish the job. He also replaced the warm lighting with cool bulbs. I have been trying to make an appointment with him to come finish the highhats and replace the cool bulbs with warm bulbs and he has cancelled twice. He prioritizes other jobs over this one because he has been paid in full. The unprofessional manner in which his office ignores my phone calls and text messages is unbelievable. He has taken advantage of my Mother whom is a widow by not finishing this job. There are multiple different wires and different color bulbs hanging from the ceiling. Not to mention that a few of them blink on and off at will. I would not be surprised if there is a fire hazard due to bad wiring. Stay away from this contractor.

It was great. Mr. Costello and he's team was on time all the time. He's prices are very affordable he's workmanship is very clean. He always calls if he's running a bit late. I would recommend him at a 100%.

Avoid this man at all costs. He turns up with a silicone gun, stays 20 mins pretending to do the roof repair then hounds me for the balance, $1100 ! and the roof still leaks exactly as it did before he got up there. then calls me abusing me (witnesses) and wont give me a refund.
