I've worked with Leonardo Plumbing on a range of jobs over the years, from small repairs to more extensive jobs. Dom is hard working and innovative and doesn't give up even when there is a challenging issue to deal with. His pricing is very fair, as well. I wish there were more plumbers like him.

Doesn't have a snake to check main drainage for blockage, said he cleared the drain, cost was $900. That was shocking enough, until 3 days later it backed up again, this time into the house, the hazmat team came from Portland, it took 3 days of cleaning to disinfect and dry out the house. Our insurance adjuster said to give him another chance to fix it right, thinking his work was guaranteed he came out 2 more times and starting "fixing" things that there was nothing wrong with. Cost again was from $869.36 and $824.29 for a grand total of $2,593.65, we were in shock! My husband called him and they negotiated a new price at 50% of the total. I emailed him in the morning telling him I would transfer $1,293.65 into his account, he wrote back and said that was unacceptable and not fair. About an hour later the main backed up again, I called Chinook Plumbing, they put the camera in the main pipe and saw that it was clogged by roots. The cost from Chinook Plumbing was $210. Because of his mistakes, our house was damaged, our insurance went up 40% and our downstairs tenant had to put up with the back-up mess until it was dried out.
