Dmitriy is very knowledgeable about the product, and he runs professional software to show us about the project that we want, instead of visual guessing the BTU of each mini split. We had lots of questions and he was very patient and professional in answering them.
Alex and Mark were hard workers, they are great at their jobs. They helped us remove furnace, ducts, and installed 4 zone Mitsubishi mini splits.
Excellent service, we highly recommend them to everyone.
