When I first contacted LEP roofing, I was given a business card stating they were members of the BBB. At a later time I found out they were members in Georgia, not SC. They were to completely replace the house roof including the attached double carport. The roofing around the chimney was to have been redone with flashing and shingles as personally discussed with Luis Perez. This was never done. The roof was completed approximately Dec. 2010-Jan. 2011. I made dozens of phone calls to Luis personal cell phone, plus contacted two mangers in the Greenville area. No one ever returned my call. GAF 30 year shingles were used. The roof had a 5 year warranty. Approximately 2 or 3 years ago. My roof around the chimney began leaking. I called another roofer and had it repaired at a cost of approx. $350.00. Rotten wood had to be replaced along with new flashing and shingles around the chimney.
During the past few months, I notice water stains on my den ceiling and about the same time, my carport roof began dripping water. These leaks had to have been on going for some time and would be within the warranty period. During the past month or so, I have sent e-mails to LEP roofing and still no response.
