What was supposed to be a three month project that by rights should have not taken more then two months. Turned into well over half a year! (And as I type still not done) We hired them to remove a fiberglass liner and install a new shotcrete 15'X20' in ground. It started with them telling us they owned all needed equipment and there was no need for subcontractors. That was a lie! The company has had no funds to support bringing in subcontractors. The HOA has paid at least 95% of the contract price before the pool was complete. And, it's still not complete! They show to work a day or two per week maybe 4 to 5 hours each day and complain it's too hot! Bottom line they are lazy and not trustworthy!
