Les worked on a tile bathroom in our home. His attention to detail was mediocre at best. I have given him almost two years to fix a razor mark that sliced through the trim work right next to the door, replace tiles he hand cut to fix an edging problem and complete a piece of missing trim board. He came by months ago to find out what he needed to repair the problems but is no longer returning his phone calls and his voice mail is now full.
