Rec room above garage. Also they did railing for our entire house.
Lesson Enterprises came in on time and on budget. They are above and beyond any other contractors we have worked with. They are organized and professional. There are many contractors working together to bring you the best product and experience.

Provide and install new mechanical plumbing fire protection electrical systems complete insulation and interior finishes at all areas. repair exterior finishes as required to replace electrical circuits and heat tape. install new secondary electrical wire from xformer to new gear. project valuation is same as project cost
Interior demolition and exploratory demolish work to remove all damaged flooring sub-flooring drywall floor joists wood framing and other damaged items caused from the fire. temp shoring and bracing to be done as needed under engineers direction. full building permit to be submitted once demolish work has been completed and engineers can assess the damages
