I’m so mad with this company!!! Halfway through and things just got from bad to worse!! Towards winter and they knew it !! Told me don’t worry because was not shingles on yet only plastic liner !! They told oh no worries they guarantee no leaks ! Well it did and they didn’t even care ?. This is how they handled it , and finished doing job after. Did not ask about damages. Roof looks bad after job and gutter has damage after firs hard rain ?? They never gave me my Receipt for job or Warranty papers and it’s been over 6-7 months I’ve tried texting and calling. It’s a joke. Job was in Railroad flat ca. [email protected] Goin to seek advice now.

It took a long time to get started. I was worried about rain coming, after the roof was removed, but luckily there was no rain and the work was performed as specified.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Level 1 Roofing Inc has worked on 307 permitted projects.
The roof installation was not properly completed, and we would like an inspection to ensure that there is no damage caused by the negligent work. We called you when water started dripping in our kitchen. The owner of your company, Jason I believe?, came to our home to inspect the drip. He informed me that the work was not up to his standards, and he would do everything he could to make it right. He showed me pictures on his cell phone of the holes in the roof, where ALL of the caps were missing. He said there were a few that were old and cracked that he said they must've re-installed. However, none of the old caps were functioning and most spots had no caps at all.
He offered to have a drywall person come out to fix the ceiling in our kitchen (where the water was dripping), but no one ever came. He also said he was going to get someone to come out and inspect the roof to ensure there was no water damage (The roof was completed in 2017, but the caps were put on in 2021. So, water has been entering the house anytime it rains.). And, lastly, he said he would clean our gutters. At the end of the meeting, he said he was going back to the office to pull the file and would be in touch soon.
About a week later, we had another storm coming, and an older gentleman came to the house to put caps on the holes. They said they were going to do a quick fix ASAP, to avoid further damage, and would follow up with a more thorough job at a later date.
This is where all communication stopped. We called and emailed the office several times, and no one ever responds.
I am extremely concerned about the amount of water damage that may have been caused by your company's negligent work. I would like a complete roof inspection, and full repair of any damage caused. I'm not sure why Level 1 Roofing is not following up to correct their error, after completely admitting it was your fault. There is no debate about the fact that the roof job was not completed properly, and we just want you to make it right.
Please follow up with us regarding this? We really don't want to have to report you, share our story online, or contact an attorney. We just want you to do the job you were originally paid for.
