By Aimee A.September 23, 2021Tear down and set up my mobile home$10,000
They are a horrible company, disorganized, mess, we had our mobile home moved over to Roseburg last year. First off we set a date to move our home. They tried to Reschedule the day before our date. Then since we said no to Reschedule they kept the original day and time, but rushed through the project! Left our Insulation hanging under our home. We had to call them back. Then his wife said I’ll get all the permits for you, know we find out a year later. That we can’t renew our permits because it is in level lines name. Even though we payed for them. So now we have to pay another 300 to renew our permits. Levelline has been nothing but a headache. I would never hire them again.
Response from Level Line Construction September 28, 2021To Ms. Arnold, in regards to your review, this project was almost 2 years ago the permits were extended twice because client did not complete the remaining work needed for final inspection. We were only contracted to do the set up of home which was completed and passed the set up inspection from the county. A permit can only be extended twice before it requires the final inspection to be completed. If work is not done to pass final inspection a new permit must be obtained . If client had completed their portion of the remaining project work they would not have to spend the additional money to get a new permit. The insulation referred to was a 1x1 ft piece that was down because of the water connection that we were not contracted to hook up but we did hook up at no cost. We returned to home and reattached the 1ft section as requested by client.. We also did other additional work that we were NOT contracted to do when getting home out of original location that we did not charge client for. This is a case of failure to follow thru on client side and wanting the full meal deal but only wanting to pay for 1 value menu item.. -

Awesome company to work with! Very professional & knowledgeable they took the time to explain the process and made us feel very comfortable about leaving our new home in their hands & it looks great! They set up our new double wide home from start to finish- pad prepped the site connected the 2 house sections connected all utilities built porches &awnings they did a concrete footer around home so we could do block style skirting. They did all the interior set up of home as well. Literally move in ready and we had to do nothing to get the home ready it was all done for us and we couldn’t be happier!!:) thank you level line we appreciated all your time and effort, you will be our first call on all future projects!!
