We decide to use this company back in April for a concrete driveway. We were promised it would get done in Mid May for it to only be done mid July. The communication is HORRIBLE!!! Can't ever leave a voicemail bc mailbox is always full. The owner says to text but RARELY ever answers or gets back. Quality of driveway not the best. Once it was FINALLY completed, we had cracks and holes after a few days. We are now in mid August and the owner still has NOT gotten back to us about repairing the holes and cracks. Give a window of time to only never show up! Only time you will hear from them if for payment. They were QUICK to get a deposit and their final payment. We are now filing a complaint and getting lawyers involved. Extremely unprofessional company that never gets back to you!!! Only reason why they get a 1 star is bc I have to leave something in order to submit this review.
