Level Up Foundation Repair

Do NOT HIRE. They stole 7.4k from us. Same as all other bad reviews. They took money to "get job scheduled" then they ghosted us for months. We finally made contact by telling them we wanted to add to contract.. they responded within minutes. They strung us along for a few more months until I gave up. I will be filing in small claims court in New Braunfels and probably Austin too, just to put people on notice. Ray lives in Canyon Lake, Comal County. They also do work in Houston, just can't find company name. I am a 59 yr old woman and caregiver to my 85 yr old mother. He is so low to rip us off. If he would steal from us, he will steal from you. He promised us a refund for months too. Excuse after excuse and such a fast talker. He can make you feel like he is your friend and cares. He is a con artist

We hired level up foundation repair to install 30-plus Steel Pier systems in our foundation the bid was for $18,000 the job came in under budget at 17200 which they pass on to us at the end. We're so happy we found level up foundation repair they did an absolutely great job we got over five estimates and are peeing and they were the most knowledgeable and they did great work

Very poor experience similar to other low reviews: down payment paid, project not finished, team disappeared, owners (Cody and Ray) unresponsive.

It is hard to tell if this is a scam or they are just in over their heads. Either way, the contractor is unreliable and unable to complete projects.

Following down payment, LevelUp started the project, dug up my yard and then stopped showing up. Ray and Cody both continually promised that a team would show up "tomorrow" or on "Monday", but after three months a crew only arrived once.

In the end, I hired a different firm to complete the project and repair damage they had done.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. We hired them to do some remodeling and paid the 50% deposit. At this time, (6 MONTHS LATER!) they won't answer our calls, never completed the work (they did about $600 worth of work) and haven't returned our deposit. I agree with the other people who say STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Stay away from this company. Big promises but do not deliver. They ask for 50% up front and force you to have to wait as they make excuse after excuse. We contracted them for foundation and plumbing repair. Foundation was done after some delay. We paid deposit for plumbing and work was never completed. Ray K promised he would either return the money or get someone out there to complete the job. He has strung us along for 4 months. Shame on us. Stay away from these con artists.

Had four contractors out to give us a bid on a two-story deck. We went with Level up and very happy we did...It looks amazing could not be more ecstatic!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Ray K and his wife Danniel are con artist They took 50% downpayment upfront and worked on my project for less than 2 days and did not finish the demo work. I went back and forth fighting with him over 1 month. Ray kept lying and promised but did not keep his promise. They opened my deck and let the deck sit under the rain for over a month and caused all leaks to my house. I had to fire them and hired someone else. Ray K and Levelup foundation repair still owed me at least $3000. They said they planned to pay but they haven't paid after more than 1 week. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

They did an exceptional job with my foundation repair I could not be any more happier, if you would have seen my Foundation it was really sinking in the back of my home they leveled it up nicely I have no problems at all I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I am so glad that we found level up foundation repair we had three estimates they were more knowledgeable than all of them in our Fenian play signed a contract they did the repair last week came out beautifully we would highly recommend level up

Stay away from this fake company, two months in and they had 21 open holes around my house, their workers pushed about three posts per hole and were going to level it without even coming close to bedrock. I had to fight them to do any work at all, six time Rae promised to be complete but never kept his word, he and his company are liars and con artists! Bats foundation repair came in to redo the repair and did it right in less than four days. They had to push 10-15 post per hole, not the three to four that this company did.
Worst con artists in the business!
