    Full home remodeling

    Nir from Level Up Home Remodeling worked with us on remodeling my entire house over the course of nearly a year. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work and level of professionalism he demonstrated throughout the project.
    When looking for a contractor, we looked over what felt like hundreds of reviews and options, and narrowed down our search to around 5 general contractors. Nir was the only one who really sat down with us to understand our vision and goals for our home renovation.

    One of the key strengths of Nir was his exceptional problem-solving ability. His ability to think creatively and make sure we were happy with whatever the solution was, was truly impressive, appreciative and helped keep the project on track.
    He was able to provide expert guidance on everything from the layout of the space to the selection of materials and finishes. His insights and suggestions helped me create a cohesive and stylish look throughout my newly remodeled home that I am absolutely thrilled with.
    Throughout the whole project we felt that The whole team is highly reliable and communicative. They kept me informed about the progress of the project at all times and were always available to answer any questions I had. His professionalism and dedication to the project made the entire process much smoother and stress-free for me.

    OMG, The contractor Level Up is a nightmare for us. What ever they say or promise is wrong. My husband and I hired them on Sept 29th and still they didn't do half of the work, left it on their foreman who doesn't communicate owner's message to the contractor. It's very frustrating, they didn't pay to the elevator company since January, luckily i called to find out when my elevator will be installed, elevator people said that there will not be any schedule for the installation until they get paid. This is just a one example. My very expansive house is destroyed by Ellie and Nir. Please please don't hire them unless you want headache. They both are clueless 2 people who don't care about the quality.

    Considered for Kitchen Remodel

    Was originally responsive through BuildZoom even though they tried contacting me over the weekend. However, it quickly declined. I responded to their initial message on BuildZoom and didn't get a response for a few days/have a week. That response confirmed that we would speak at 2:30 PM that day (even though the initial message I sent was asking for 2:30 PM on the day I sent the message - not the day they responded). But it ended up not mattering because they didn't call at 2:30 PM and I waited until 2:45 PM and gave them a call only to be left to voicemail.

    Again, I don't have any direct experience with this company - I didn't even get a quote from them - but I wish they could have been more responsive/followed up better.

    I hired Level Up Home Remodeling to Remodel my Kitchen and the project manager, Issac , has a great eye for design and space but it also a great troubleshooter. He sees problems before you do and fixes them before you can even notice an issue yourself. He came to measure 3 separate times before construction began and checked in on the contractors' work repeatedly to make sure everything was going as planned. He made what would otherwise be an overwhelming process easy and I love my very modern kitchen ! Highly recommend their service in the future!

    I reached out to LevelUp for a kitchen remodel before selling our home and they did an exceptional job. The contractors made sure they cleaned up after themselves and the project was completed a week earlier than expected.

    Professionalism and product is what this company served. I cant wait to remodel my new kitchen in our new home with them.
