Donovan fixed our foundation in January of 2017 for $5350. Sloping was never fully fixed. It came with a lifetime warranty. Initially one of his workers came over and told us that it was 2 inches lower and that Donavan (the owner) would be in contact to fix it right up. After 2 weeks of avoiding us and no showing for 3 appointments...Donavan showed up at our house. He said that the sloping in our house is a new problem and not covered under the warranty...despite the sloping being in the exact same place as before. He wanted an additional $6000 to fix again. When I refused and told him that this should be under warranty he became very upset. He was rude and raised his voice at me in front of my child and then rushed out. We filed a complaint with the BBB. He responded by saying that he yelled at me in self defense as he was afraid of me (I am 5 ft and weigh 115 lbs). Not only is Donovan unprofessional...Leveled Out does not warranty their work.
