Requires 75% upfront, no written contract or receipt. I hired him against my better judgement because I’m new to the area and needed it done. He did an ok job, but splashed cement all along the walls of my brand new house. He said he would clean it up. Well, he tried wiping it off with a rag which just smeared it all over the house. When I brought it up he said it would come off easy by hosing it off. Needless to say, that didn’t work. It’s still there after using a bucket of cleaner and scrub brush. I’m probably going to have to re-paint because of this guy’s unprofessional and sloppy work. Anytime you question him about the job, he got aggravated and annoyed. Do not recommend!

Did an okay job on the concrete but did serious damage to my door frame and acted like it was no big deal. Got mad at me for bringing it up. Would not recommend him.

BUYER BE WARE!!! Terrible unprofessional and does not hold a business license. His contracts are bogus and if you have to use him, (which I don’t recommend) you should definitely call the concrete company yourself to see what the price of your concrete is. He will give you his price upfront just to get the job, and will then inflate the concrete price (without your knowledge) to get paid in the front end and the back end. This practice is very deceitful. If you’re smart, you will stay away from him ..Leverette Concrete is not a business that’s located on Chamberlain Ferry Rd in Lincolnton.
