Last year we were searching for the right contractor to do a two-story addition to our home. We had family members moving in and really needed to expand. We came across Avi and Eti of Levi Construction through our neighbors who had remodeled their home with them about two years ago. Since they were highly recommended, we met with them to discuss our project. What gave us the most sense of security was when Avi gave us several references to call and invited us to visit their ongoing projects. We got to hear wonderful stories from their clients and got to know Levi Construction much better. Their price was not too far off from the other bids we got and we decided to go with them. Their designer Eti was a charm. She brought a lot of ideas that we loved and created beautiful designs for us. Everything was clearly thought of and there were a lot of details taken into consideration. Fast forward six months later and our project was finally finished. Their crews worked very hard and did an excellent job at finishing on time. Everyone was very polite. It was tough some days with all the noise from the construction, but they tried their best to minimize it and made sure to keep the job site clean neat and tidy. It was very important for us that the project was completed two weeks before my family moved in and we were very happy that they finished before the set deadline. It was a joy to work with Ester, Avi and their team. Thank you very much, we love the work you did.

We spent a great amount of time trying to find the right design/build contractor to add one bathroom, renovate the master bath, new kitchen and flooring. Avi and his team did a spectacular job. There is nothing like having a clean job site and they were on top of it all throughout the project. Everyone from their designer and builders were very personable and they were a pleasure to have around. A few different times there was extra work to be done and some of those times we were not charged. They over delivered every time and we are very satisfied and happy with the final outcome.

Last summer we bought a house in Woodland Hills that needed major remodeling. Levi was referred by our neighbors who had done their kitchen with them a few years back. We did a substantial amount of work throughout the house, including an addition to the living room/kitchen area and relocated the kitchen, added a new laundry room, master bedroom and bath. We really loved Eti's design ideas for our project and she was able to understand what we were after. We thought it was going to be a nightmare dealing with contractors, designing and then living in a construction site but we actually had a great experience. Aside from the loud noise and having people in and out of your house, everything was done in a professional matter and we are glad that we chose Levi for our project. I do want to note that since the work was finished they have kept in touch with us and even came to the rescue after my kids spilled paint on our wood floors and I couldn't get it to come off. I am so happy that it turned out better than what we expected and ever imagined.

We know about Levi Construction through friends and hired them for a complete remodel of our kitchen, guest bath and family room, and to have
them install oak hardwood floors throughout. We didn't know our project was going to require architectural plans so using a design/build firm was not our original plan. Thankfully Levi was able to take care of everything so it made it a lot easier on us and saved us time in having to find a designer
and architect. Each person involved was very nice and professional. Eti has incredible design talent and delivered exactly what we asked for, while Avi
was very sensitive to our construction needs and easy to work with. We met regularly to get updates on the project and address any issues that came up. Overall we had a great experience and it was all well worth it. We would recommend Levi Construction and will hire them again.

We purchased a very old house in Sherman Oaks that needed major remodeling. We ended up remodeling the whole house which included a bedroom and bathroom addition, new kitchen (kept old layout which was great), 2 bathrooms, flooring, new doors and windows and interior and exterior paint. Everything was completed one week before the project deadline and I was very happy with Levi's craftsmanship and quality of work. The builder they used, Ofer, did a great job at making sure everything was the way it needed to be. I was surprised about how much he cared about our project. I truly recommend Levi Construction to everyone.

We recently had an addition and remodel for our kitchen with Levi Construction. Avi and his team were fantastic. My wife and I were amazed with their quality of work and service. They guided us to make the right design choices while keeping our budget in mind. Everything was done on schedule and they kept us up to date with all the work they were doing. We met Avi, owner of Levi construction at a housewarming party here in Santa Monica out of all places! We were looking to hire a contractor to completely re-do our kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and flooring. We had to take down a couple walls to open up the space, move exterior door and add a bay window, we installed custom kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, fixtures, recessed lighting, appliances and back splash. Both bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled and we implemented some of colors and tile from the kitchen. We did tile and engineered wood flooring throughout the house and as the project went along we decided to do new windows as well.

This was a major project and after hearing many horror stories and interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Levi Construction. Avi was honest and upfront about everything, we loved their work and they were priced properly. Their designer really helped us define our style and designed our bathrooms and kitchen. The project was a bit over budget due to some changes we made and like with any major project we had a few hiccups that changed some things but Avi and his team took care of everything and where very professional. Even with the changes, the project was finished before the deadline. It was very important stayed within our time frame, as we had family coming from out of town. We will definitely use them for any future projects!

After hiring Levi Construction for kitchen remodeling project I wanted to make sure I share my experience with others. We purchased a home in Woodland Hills and needed a kitchen remodeling contractor in the area. We interviewed a few contractors but didn't find anyone we liked. Levi Construction did work for our old neighbors in L.A so we gave them a call. Avi met with us three times before we got into a contract. The first time we discussed the project, second time he had his designer Eti meet with my wife and I, third time they presented the design and estimate and we went with them. Having a 3d design really helped us have a vision of what we wanted and we loved Eti's ideas. They literally took the kitchen down to the studs and put in custom cabinets, granite , back splash, electric and plumbing and they installed new flooring throughout the house. Eti not only helped us with the design but also helped us pick out all the finishes. It all took 7 weeks to complete and we were impressed with their team. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive, definitely worth it. - Frank

I was looking to do a bathroom addition for our growing family and remodel an existing one, so after hearing very positive feedback from a friend who had previously used their services I gave them a call. They did not disappoint, I was worried it would be very disruptive to be living in the home while having remodeling and construction done but it really wasn't bad at all. Avi and his team took care of everything for us, and their workers were pretty polite and they did the addition before the remodeling so I always had a working bathroom which really made things smooth for us. I definitely will using again if another project comes up.
