My family and I have long wanted to build a custom home that we can continue to grow in. The idea of building a home ground up was both thrilling and intimidating!
The first step of the project was to generate plans and set a clear vision. My husband and I had different style ideas and needed some inspiration and mediation to ensure we both got our dream home.
After searching endlessly for a contractor that could take on our project from the planning stage to complete completion, Tom was the man for the job! He immediately made us feel comfortable, and was understanding of our individual visions, and how the could be cohesively combined.
Tom took care of all of the plans, permits, design, and construction. Our house was completely finished within a year, and we couldn’t be happier! Working with Tom and Levi & Sons was such a warming experience, that made us feel like we were family and not just paying clients. Tom always went out of his way to alleviate my concerns, and gave so much of himself to the project.
I would never build with any other builder so long as Levi & Sons is around. Hands down the best experience with a contractor, allowing me to take on such a huge project while going about daily life. I’ve already referred a handful of friends who are searching the contractor market!

Where can I begin? I was in search for a contractor/builder to convert my 101+ year old garage into an ADU. I also wanted hardscape work on my outdated falling apart driveway and front porch.
ADU - From tear down to move-in; I have nothing to complain about. Tom took care of all the paperwork with the city and neighborhood HOA and did a spectacular job! Not only was he fantastic about logistics, layout and floorplan; he had an amazing taste with materials and designing factors of it too. When the site was digged in, we found out it had no foundation whatsoever which incurred an additional cost. Tom was straight forward about it and explained in details about what our next steps will be and what outcome I can expect from it. Since it was not expected, he apologized about the additional cost although it wasn't even his fault and offered us foundation remedy at very reasonable price. Once the garage was turned into a very lovely studio, I was able to rent it out in 5 days and had many competitions among the prospect tenants. Everyone that came to the showing complimented on all the fine details and how modern and clean place looked. Since my house is located in historic zone, I had to keep the garage door as is which caused a slight darkness inside. Being an expert, Tom came up with a bright idea to create 2 skylights on the vaulted ceiling! Just like this, Tom was always coming up with ideas and remedies whenever there was an issue. He also offered me many options to choose from whenever there needed to be a decision on design aspects.
Deck - With thorough discussion about color, material and design of it all; my house looks totally upgraded from every side! I love the new deck he has installed. The deck is sturdy and just like what I wanted. Simple and clean.
Driveway & Front porch - We had few options on materials for the driveway and front porch. I loved the look of pavers but always thought I would not be able to afford it. Tom was professional and transparent to show me pricing for 3 options. Plain concrete, Stamped concrete and Pavers. He guided me to make the best decision for my situation and when I chose to go with pavers, he brought me many samples and booklets to choose from. His workers are truly the best! They were fast, professional and veterans at what they do!
I have nothing but good things to say about Tom and his crew. Not only is he a great contractor who is responsible, professional and knowledgeable; he is very likable, humble and honest! He will pay attention to what you're trying to achieve and will go out of his way to bring it to you at best rate and condition. I am doing another small job and met with Tom few days ago to discuss about it which proves returning customers like myself have reasons to do so. If I ever have any work to do at my properties, small or big, Tom would be the only contractor and the first contractor I would talk to. 120% out of 100% satisfied; from start to finish.

I am a Residential Designer based in the bay area of Northern California.
I have worked with Tomer for several years and I have never come across another contractor more straight-forward, honest and willing to work together with his clients.
Together, we have worked on dozens of projects ranging from simple interior remodels to incredibly complex additions. He is the only contractor I know that needs to be involved in every part of the planning and designing process. I have never seen him skimp on quality or time on ANY of his projects.
You will not regret him taking on your project.

After lengthy amounts of research into finding a suitable contractor, I decided to hire Tomer of TNL Construction to remodel my house in Beverly Hills. I received 5 bids from different contractors, and this company was my preferred choice for their quality of work and price. I could see that Tomer was the most responsive and by far the most professional of all the people I met. He had a clear way of laying things out, and I enjoyed working with him in every step of the process. We chose him to remodel the entire house including the kitchen, 3.5 and general work throughout. The truth is that TNL Construction was not the cheapest contractor, but I was not shopping for price. I was looking to hire somebody who does quality work without the headaches that contractors normally give you, and I chose exactly that. Tomer stayed true to his price, unlike most contractors in LA. I have been burned before by others, and was so glad to work with somebody honest for once.
In my opinion, the best part about working with Tomer is his experience in design & building. He helped me to make informed decisions with layouts, material choices, and even relayed his contractor discounts to me. We are so happy with the way that things turned out and couldn't recommend a better choice for those who are looking to hire a reputable contractor. It is better to get the work done once correctly than to have it done by incompetent people and only have cheap materials break. This remodel will last for many years and I have confidence that I made the right choice. Thank you Tomer!
Levi & Sons did a fantastic job on our kitchen project. They were on time, courteous, professional, and made sure to do the job correctly. They also worked with us during the Feb 2021 freeze and we would have had an enormous problem without their help. I highly recommend them!
