I had a pool built inside my existing deck that used to surround my old steel wall pool, the old pool was removed and this company attached 4 x 8 sheets of plywood covered with foam and inserted a new liner, all looked great until I fulled it with water and my deck bulged out on the sides considerably. They came back and tried to pull it back together but it is still very crooked and now the liner is splitting along the bottom. I have tried to contact them for 3 months now with no reply. I would not recommend this company for any pool installation

He installed a pool for us. It was partly “under ground” and yes rated to be installed as such. Asked him to do a retaining wall . He said it wasn’t necessary and did not do it as we asked. He installed the pool while we were on vacation. Came home to wrinkles , steep grade to deep end , being able to feel things under the liner. His response was if it can stretch for deep end it is fine. That was late July. The natural gas heater was plumbed wrong so it had
Hyper chlorinated water going through it and ruined it after one year.
Come spring after only a partial summer of use. The pool wall collapsed. Contacted John and as soon as he heard what was going on… he ghosted us.
Had to pay out of pocket to fix it.
This time used someone else … another certified pool installer. Oh my what a difference exclamation it was his idea to use a retaining wall and said it should’ve been done the first time there’s a safety ledge all the way around the pool to stand even in the deep end and a gradual incline from 4 feet to 7 feet. The bottom is soft and smooth no wrinkles noted. I have a couple other people that I am friends with that used this gentleman for their pools. One was a reinstall of a liner and they’ve had nothing but trouble and again John did not respond to them either.
