I am the proud homeowner of a new remodeled pool completed in time for a special family event. Levi’s Pools remodeled my pool and re-plastered with new Quartzscape in Regetta Blue color, they also elevated the beach landing, plus modified the existing steps and installed a pool handrail to make it easier for me to get in and out of the pool. The pool tuned out beautifully. They provided excellent customer service and were very flexible to work with my schedule to complete the project in time for a big event. I am very pleased and grateful for their excellent craftsmanship and final results I highly recommend Levi’s Pool to anyone wanting a new pool or needing renovations to existing pool. I had a very negative experience with Levis Pool Service. After taking a deposit of $6,500, they tore down my pool and then didn't show up to work. When I asked why they weren't coming to work, they demanded an additional $6,500 to supposedly cover materials. To make matters worse, they also broke my pool plumbing, causing massive damage, and refused to return the money.
Overall, Levis Pool Service's behavior was unprofessional and unethical. As a contractor, they had a responsibility to complete the work as agreed upon and to ensure that any damages caused during the project were properly addressed. It was unacceptable that they refused to return the deposit or provide a satisfactory explanation for their actions.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using Levis Pool Service to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' property and finances make them an unreliable and untrustworthy service provider.
