Levy Boswell of LevyB, LLC Contracting took $5500.00 from me to repair the roof on my building and warranty it for 5 years. Immediately after this, the roof leaked. He patched it several times and finally decided to spray more foam on the roof. This occurred in 2020.
It continued to leak and when I discovered it I called him back. He inspected the roof and claimed the warranty was voided because workmen had thrown tools around on the foam and damaged it. This was not true and was a delaying tactic.
I asked Legacy Roofing to inspect the roof and their supervisor told me that LevyB applied only the bare minimum thickness of foam to my roof. The foam should've been applied to 28-35 mil and should've come with a 10 year warranty. He also shared that the state of the foam after 2.5 years is not compatible with this thickness having been applied and he also stated that "any stand up roofing company would've warranted their work after just 2 years.
Levy Boswell was able to escape liability for his substandard shoddy workmanship with the AZ ROC because I had filed one month beyond their statute of limitations,
I'm posting this as a warning to potential customers of Levy Boswell. "Buyer Beware.''
