    I've hired David to oversee the full renovation of both of my last two Manhattan apartments. He helped transform dated estate sales into modern living spaces with all of the high end finishes. He was able to work with my architect to execute a total re-work of floor plan to include removing walls and opening up spaces. He built a wonderful custom kitchen complete with hidden appliances and upgraded all bathrooms with beautiful tile work. All carpentry, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing work was top notch. He helped ensure compliance with complicated coop building regulations and took are of all city permits. I highly recommend using him for your next high-end renovation project!

Able to quickly and intuitively grasp design concepts, and execute them flawlessly. A definite recommend for any major renovation contract work.
