I'd give them a negative star rating if I could. Basically flooded my house costing me 10 grand in repairs. I asked them to repair my system when I found that water from the A/C drain fried my electrical panel. The tech spent 10 minutes replacing the panel, tried to sell me a yearly maintenance package, then flipped my A/C on saying it was repaired. No attempt to address the water issue that caused the problem in the first place. Next morning? Squishing sounds under my Pergo from water flowing out of the system. Called the manager who told me "This is one of our best guys. We aren't paying for your floor." Next day, with dryer fans blowing, I called another company who immediately knew how to fix the problem and didn't punish me for not buying their maintenance package.
