Our waterline from the meter to the house suddenly leaked and a large amount of water was lost. Called Mr. Thompson(got his phone number from side of his truck)and after looking on my computer I called and he came that afternoon to inspect our problem. Mr. Thompson gave us a firm cost estimate and a promise to have our water restored by the end of the next day. True to his word the repair was completed on time without fail. This included getting a expedited permit. I intend to use his talent and expertise this winter for a bathroom renovation, and other plumbing issues in our 47 year old home. Lastly, I did have a waterline contract paying monthly for the coverage. After one phone call to THEM I cancelled the policy.

Lewis has worked on two plumbing projects for us and both times he was on time and provided courteous and professional service. The jobs we needed done were difficult and needed time to complete, but Lewis took the time to explain what he needed to do, and gave us the cost before he even started. We really appreciated his patience with us. We will definitely call on him again without hesitation.

Yes highly recommend Lewis Thompson for any plumbing issues. He’s always on time and doesn’t leave till it’s complete. I have a shit smell in my bathroom for over 9 years and nobody could figure out what the problem was he came by Friday and wasn’t here 5 mins and knew what the problem was. Came Tuesday morning said he would be here at 9 am and was here at 8:30 am and the shit smell is gone thanks again Lewis Thompson.
