My husband and I bought home home from this builder, I suggest you run as fast as you can to a new builder/ subdivisions. The quality of workmanship is Soddy at best from the construction, landscaping and NO real follow up by their construction “ superintendent “. Promises made by both the builder and landscaping company on our yard. We are not the only ones in Highland Estates II that after 5 months we are still waiting for completion of our yard and landscaping.

I’d rate zero if I could. We built our house February of 2018. So far, our driveway is white and rust stained. Four outlets don’t work, we have a window that they installed broken as it cracked again one week later , it took them 5 months to fix it. They never answer their phone. We have a 8 inch crack on our driveway and in the garage. Today our air conditioner stopped working on a Brand new house ad surprise they don’t answer the phone. I guess I’ll end up suing along with several other disappointed neighbors. Do not use this builder. I’ll be next to put up the buyer beware sign along with 4 other neighbors

I had a poor experience with this builder. I just purchased a home the he built and the finish work on the inside is terrible. Rough paint and trim, unfinished stain, poor paint job, sheet rock work is very rough. I was told that if they stood back 5 ft. and couldn't see it they didn't fix it. I paid $250,000 for the home and didn't get the finished look you would expect. I was held to the letter on outside finishes to uphold the look and image of the neighborhood but they don't care about the inside because no one can see it but the owner. If you buy from this builder be super meticulous on the punch list walk through.

I live at 341 Highland Estates Commerce, GA. I purchased my home in Dec of 2021.
The entire neighborhood has extensive drainage issues. Compromised/dead trees were left all over the neighborhood as well. I have 2 within a few feet of my house.
My kitchen island was installed wrong and had to be ripped out and re-installed. When I moved in, I had less than five feet of clearance for my supposed breakfast nook. It took over 3 months for that to be fixed. I am having to plant approximately 100 blue rug junipers to stop the erosion in my backyard. The house is full of bad touch up paint spots, nail pops and poorly installed carpet.
I paid over $250,000 for my small home and I feel like I was ripped off. So much of the trim around the house is nicked and rough. We have scratches on our bathroom mirror. One tub had a hole in it. The list goes on and on.
I am also paying to be in an HOA and my home is not even in the neighborhood. Four of the houses are on a separate street. Eighty percent of the houses on our street were built decades ago.
We can't establish our HOA until the 3rd phase is completed. By that time most of use will be out of the warranty period. We all need to join together and fight.
