LG Tile had scheduled to begin the project on August 16th and complete it on August 20th. They started the project late, miscalculated the materials needed, and abandoned the project half-finished. They were supposed to retile two bathrooms, an entryway and a fireplace. They demoed the master bathroom and entryway. The next day they set tile in those two areas and Luis told me I needed to pick up two more cases of tile to finish the job. He then said that he couldn't come the next day and told me someone would come out the next day. They didn't. Then he said they would definitely come out the day after that. They didn't. Then he just stopped responding at all. He left me with tiled rooms with no grout, a toilet sitting in our master bedroom, a toilet supply line leaking in our bathroom, and a bunch of unused tile. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! This is the worst, most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with.
