Working with Jeremy and his team has been truly amazing. From the moment i first reached out everyone at LHS has been responsive, supportive, and so understanding. They built an addition for me off the back of my home to give us extra space for our growing family. I could not be more impressed with quality of work and the time, effort and pride that was put into our addition. They hit everything right on as they said they would. We hired Larabell Home Services based on several factors. They offered full design services which really helped guide through all of our selections. We were also able to see what our project would look like before it was even started. They were also able to coordinate all the different contractors that were needed to finish our bathroom and all was done with precision and ease. They always kept us in the loop about every detail of our remodel just as promised. The whole process was seemless. Now for the actual work. When they say they provide the highest quality they aren't kidding. Every little detail was done with meticulous attention to detail. Every person that worked on our bathroom was an expert even all the behind the scenes stuff was done with pure perfection. I can not say enough about every single thing about this company was more than worth the money. The value that they bring to table is unbeatable. We are already working with them again to plan and remodel our kitchen. Don't call anyone else for any of your remodeling needs. I will say they were more expensive than other bids we got, but you get what you pay for and every penny was worth it.

I'm currently trying to get 3/5th of a retainer fee I paid Larabell Home Services LLC in lieu of planning, creating & pricing but all I got were 2 sketches & a contract that wasn't filled out properly. Jeremy wanted me to sign the contract which didn't comply with everything we had discussed so I told him I can't sign. He sent an amended contract that still wasn't filled out properly. Nothing noted about a time frame, and none of the materials had been chosen but he had his price down, or rather up, which was over the agreed upon cost and the retainer fee wasn't considered as part of the payment although it should have been. It started to feel sketchy to me, no pun intended. I finally told Jeremy Larabell that I couldn't work with him, and asked for part of the retainer fee, as they stated they're using a new program and they're still learning it. No way should I have to pay for their learning. He states they earned the fee and I asked him for a time sheet showing exactly how he earned the $500.00 and so far he has ignored that request.
It's difficult to find a contractor that has both good character and honesty.
