I am a house "flipper" and have used Liberty Air Heating and Cooling for about a dozen houses in the last two years. Since this is my business, I rely on contractors so my customers are happy (and don't call me to complain about problems!). I've been building for over forty years, and Liberty is just about the best HVAC contractor I've ever worked with. Lot's of contractors sell and install the same equipment, but the owner of Liberty is the "secret sauce" that makes the company so much better. It is said that a contract is only as good as the people who sign it, same for contractors. Liberty is honest, on time, reliable, knowledgeable, fair, consistent and clean. All of Liberty's workers are respectful and capable. Not only did I use Liberty for the houses I've built, but for my own house, too.

Make sure you find out the cost first. I had an emergency last night. They sent someone within the hour. This was great. However when he arrived, I had no idea that the 150.00 an hour charge would include travel time. The repairman spent 35 minutes at the house. The heat actually went back on when he walked into the house. He stayed to make sure it continued to worked. He was pleasant and careful. No parts were needed. The initial charge of 89.99 was very reasonable. Since it was after hours, the charge of an additional 225.00 was a bit of a surprise. I just didn’t realize that the travel time was charged at that 150.00 an hour.
