    If I can give this company no stars are would. They are the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Their manager Linda Brasco literally hung up the phone on a customer and did not help with an emergency, where the house had no water and a major issue. I asked for further help and guidance and she simply stated that is not my problem. DO NOT USE this company. They're simply no help and extremely lazy/ unreliable.

    The company Liberty Water & Sewer, LLC was horrible to deal with. The worker Kenny was friendly and nice, when i called the office I spoke with Bill who was horrible and nasty he transferred me over to another nasty woman. I would never deal with these people again. They repaired a broken water line outside, removed bushes and replanted them in the wrong location. Then they told me they aren't gardeners and they never should have replanted them. They offered to come out and remove them from the ground but they wouldn't put them in the correct place.

    Stay far away from this company. They appear to be pleasant to deal with before they have the business then turn nasty after the job is done.
