    Horrible Builder, BEWARE!
    The guy doesn't want to fix anything and then leaves your NEW construction home a total mess and not clean! Things were not fixed, and when asked to repair it took an arm and leg and when it did get "fixed" he did a half a** job. Even after closing the home still has things not finished..buyers beware and keep looking elsewhere!

    'Caveat Emptor"

    I am buying new construction condo in Hendersonville, TN MLS listing showed very modern kitchen with sink in middle of island. The sink is built against the wall. Pictures in MLS listing and written descrition had separate dining room next to kitchen...lving and dining room is just one big room and no separate dining room. Closing date was 2/12/15, then went to 3/11/15 and now 3/23/15. I am now stuck paying $159,00.00 for something I don't even want any more.
