After living in our home for 20 months, we are still waiting on them to complete our 30 day and 11 month warranty lists. I have tirelessly requested repairs and still can't get them completed. Now they won't even respond to me. The interior of the home is some of the worst quality work we've seen. Even when they repainted before we moved in, it didn't look much better, with some areas looking worse. The same can be said for the painter's that were sent to make some of the repairs. The 1st one they sent worked about 2 hrs of the 7 she was here. The 2nd day she worked 30 minutes between 9:00 (was supposed to be here at 8:00) and 1:00. She also got rude that afternoon. I had my family in from out of town and they witnessed her behavior. She even started a shouting match with 1 of my daughters in our driveway, actually having the nerve to tell my daughter she wasn't a good mother. Then she even yelled out of her vehicle as she was pulling away and told us good luck getting the painting repaired. This is only 1 small part of what happened. I left out most of the details because there is too much to list here. But it gives you an idea of the people they hire. I wouldn't recommend them to even build a small bird house!
