We signed a contract with Lifestyle on April 3, 2012. The Oklahoma Tax Commission closed them down on June 27, 2012 with about 60% of our pool completed. They say they are still going to finish, but that remains to be seen. The whole process has been a nightmare due to them not showing up when they say they will. At this point I would not advise using them. I'm probably going to have to finish the pool myself. I will change or take down this review if something miraculous happens, but I don't foresee that happening. Completely disgusted and I hope this stops anyone else from having to go through what my family has been through.

If I could leave a Zero rating I would. We signed a contract with Lifestyle Pools including Theodore and Todd Zachritz April of 2019. The has been a complete nite mare from day one. They always say they will show up or be right back with supplies and never do when they say they will. They always blame the weather or the people they hire or they simply say I am broke after they have blown your money on other things than your pool. I have also found out they have not paid for some of the supplies they have used on the pool which is on them. They continued to come back time after time saying I need more money to finish the pool...Unprofessional to show up with liquor breath in the morning and then say I go to a local bar in the morning to make calls....AT this point still not finished and should've been over a month ago. I rarely make reviews or public posts but this is awful and do not wish this upon anyone. I have hired another reputable pool company to finish the job. I wish for no family to go through what we have. Very unsafe people they could kill someone not paying attention to electrical/gas hook ups, very scary!!
