Man came to my house demanding entrance when the problem was clearly at the compressor. Stated he need to check filters and the battery inside. I explanded I had a dog to situate and asked if my normal tech was still there. He became irate and left. I received a phone call from a man screaming he was the owner and would not return because I had asked if Jason still worked there and told him how to do his job. He has refused service to the unit they installed. The owners have been shady in the past when I asked for Jason specifically. I had an issue with the plenum job they did and the company would not disclose the owner and hid behind Leida. I would have liked to kept Jason but am happy to move on to another company after 12 years. I do not recommend anyone use them.
